Initial Inquiry & Discovery Call

Introduce The Savvy Senior, our values, and the non-medical services we provide.

Learn about the client's lifestyle, interests, goals, and current support needs.

Discuss the type of companionship and support that best fits the client's preferences.

Review visit scheduling, service scope, and any mobility, communication, or safety considerations.

Answer questions about our caregivers, scheduling, fees, and policies.

Explain our onboarding process and the next steps.

Savvy Home & Lifestyle Visit

Learn about the client's goals, lifestyle, interests, routines, and support needs through an initial assessment.

Identify any mobility, communication, accessibility, or home safety considerations that may affect service delivery.

Discuss client expectations, family involvement, and preferred methods of communication.
-
Confirm that our non-medical services are the right fit for the client's needs.

Review service fees, scheduling, and answer any questions about our services, policies, and procedures.

Personalized Aging Well Service Plan

Confirm client and emergency contact information.

Review the Personalized Aging Well Service Plan, agreed-upon non-medical services, and visit schedule.

Explain service fees, payment terms, invoicing, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
-
Review communication procedures, including after-hours contact and authorized communication with family or representatives.

Outline the responsibilities of both the client and The Savvy Senior, including maintaining a safe service environment and our commitment to professional, respectful, and reliable care.

Review privacy and confidentiality, the process for sharing feedback or concerns, circumstances under which services may be changed or discontinued, and acknowledge that The Savvy Senior provides non-medical companionship and support services only.

Service Agreement

The Service Agreement will be reviewed with the client and/or their authorized designate before services begin to ensure all questions are answered and expectations are clearly understood.

The agreement may be updated whenever there are changes to the client's service needs, schedule, fees, or other terms of service. Any significant amendments will be discussed with the client or authorized representative and documented in writing.

A signed copy of the Service Agreement will be maintained in the client's file, and a copy will be provided to the client for their records.

Service Delivery

Clients receive reliable companionship and meaningful interaction with the same provider every visit.

Clients experience reduced feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Clients are supported in maintaining their independence and participating in activities they enjoy.

Individual preferences, routines, cultural values, and personal choices are respected.

Service Review & Adjustments
